To place your property on Sellityourself.ie could not be easier. Just follow the steps that we have outlined below.

Pay by Credit card/Laser Card  l  Pay by Cheque, Bank Draft, Money Order

Note: you have the option of mailing or emailing your property information to us and we will place it on our site at no extra cost.

PAYING BY CREDIT CARD/lASER CARD
STEP 1 - Register
You will first need to register as a property Seller on Sellityourself.ie. You will need to:

• enter email address
• choose a username and password (your username and password must have a minimum of 5 characters)
• select Property Seller as your account type
• click on the submit button.

STEP 2 - Select Payment Option
You are now on the payment screen. On this screen you have the option of paying securely with a credit card or laser card via Worldpay or you can elect to pay by Cheque, Bank Draft or Money Order. To post and activate your property ad immediately you will need to choose to pay by credit card or laser card. If you pay by Cheque, Bank Draft or Money Order we will activate your account upon receipt and notify you.

STEP 3 - Choose Your Card Type
Select your card type from this screen. Once you click on your card type you will be asked to fill in your card details. Once you have filled in your card details click on the 'Make Payment' link at the bottom of the screen to process your card.

You are now on the payment confirmation screen. A receipt of your payment will automatically be emailed to the email address you supplied on the previous screen when entering in your card details. You are now ready to upload your property on Sellityourself.ie. To proceed click on the Click Here link that is highlighted in red (shown on this diagram) in the center of the page.

STEP 4 - Select Your Property Type & County
On this screen you will need to select your House Type from the first drop down menu. Note: when you select your House type the screen will automatically refresh. Now you will need to select the county the property you are selling is located in, again the screen will automatically refresh when you choose your county.

Then click on the Next button.

STEP 5 - Enter Your Property Details
On this screen you enter your basic property details:

• property price
• property address
• building type
• property features
• parking facilities
• a contact name
• a phone number where interested buyers can contact you to ask for further details about the property and to arrange viewing's).

Then click on the Next button at the bottom of the page.

STEP 6 - Add Your Property Description, Upload Photos
On this screen you add a title for your Property Ad and add your property description, Note: there is no limited to the amount of words that you can use in your description.

Next you can upload up to six photos of your property. Just click on the browse button and locate the photos on your computer (if you do not have photos at this time you can just click on the Next Button at the bottom of the page).

Then click on the Next button at the bottom of the page.

Final Step - Review and Post Your Ad
On this screen you You will see how your property ad will look once it goes 'live'. To activate your property ad you have to click on the 'Submit Ad Now' button. This button is located on the top and the bottom of the page.

Congratulations you are Finished and you property is ready to be viewed.

Note: To modify your property ad, change your photos, check how many times your property ad has been viewed, check your email box, purchase another property ad, edit your profile etc. just login to your account using your username and password.

STEP 2 - Payment Option
You are now on the payment page. Once we received your cheque, bank draft or money order we will activate your account and call you to let you know that it has been activated. Mail your payment to:

STEP 3 - Login to your account
Your payment has been received and your account has been activated. You are now ready to place your property on Sellityourself.ie.

Login to your account with the user name and password that you have chosen and click on the login button.

STEP 4 - Add Property Listing
You are now on the your Members Area page.
To add a Property Ad click on the Add Property Listing link under the Property As (Sellers Only) heading.

STEP 5 - Select Your Property Type & County
On this screen you will need to select your House Type from the first drop down menu. Note when you select your House type the screen will automatically refresh. Now you will need to select the county the property you are selling is located in, again the screen will automatically refresh when you choose your county.

Then click on the Next button.
